Don't know, developper is terrible, go tell him or just test by yourself *_*,
No way to steal lua on a !cac protected server, only if you delete all cache folder content, and join the server and decrypt the cache folder lua ...

PS : Incrementvar manipulation is detected by CAC too, he cac kick/ban you for "console variable manipulation", if you have a different clientside value that servers values ... He collect all these informations and take screenshoots of ur game too *_*...
(Windowed/noborder are better solution to prevent CAC screenshots *_*)

Yep, check by urslelf, try stealing lua of a CAC protected server (updated cac, only the last versions of cac who detect it).
It makes crash ur game and don't download anything....
