There should be a general hacking tools section

hi guys,

I just noticed that there is no section for general hacking tool releases. It would be nice to have one in my opinion.
I have for instance made a HWID changer, it can be used for a whole range of games; posting it in just one game section is silly and means that some people might not see it. Idem for programs like dll injectors and the like. Tell me what you think.

And in the coders lounge, there is programming tools that you can release general tools/softwares there.
