Attributes decrypting

So in theroy if we unencrypt this, well end up with e.g. Damage:22 (M16A3) and changing it would change damage. I think it wouldnt be as simple as that. I mean, what game just puts all their game stats into one folder and let their users change them? Its goin somewhere, but not fast enough

if we could decode this, we could literally fuck up the game,
we could change every gun to a 1 shot kill (super bullets)
we could possible change the gravity (super jump)
we could change player speed (speed hack)
we could change the rate of fire to like 50 rounds a second if u wanted

a lot can be changed by decoding this, it will fuck ca up, cause it will be hard fornexon to patch it.. cause its not like a normal hack...
