You forgot the timer, or put it under radiobutton1.textchange .

ya, i wasn't being specific

under the timer1 tick event
Code:
if radiobutton1.checked
then textbox1.text = radiobutton1.text
end if
i dont think there is a text change event for a radiobutton...

Yeah that´s it
If you check it, texbox1 gets the text RadioButton1 has.
Code:
    Private Sub RadioButton1_CheckedChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles RadioButton1.CheckedChanged
        If RadioButton1.Checked Then
            TextBox1.Text = RadioButton1.Text
        End If
    End Sub
This code copies it straight to your clipboard.
Code:
Private Sub RadioButton1_CheckedChanged(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles RadioButton1.CheckedChanged
        If RadioButton1.Checked Then
            My.Computer.Clipboard.SetText(RadioButton1.Text)
        End If
    End Sub
