I have no experience with coding at all. Wheres a good tutorial where i can learn? I just want to code a simple glow esp for myself

You can search for a source code of one of the many hacks in github. Other variant is watching a youtube video if you are bad with coding, will give you a start on how Glow ESP works. Easiest, but I think more obvious to VAC ban is to make a dx9 mode esp.
