QUESTION - LOST A CHAR (or account)

I've been playing Shattered Galaxy and was found hacking ;P
So i got banned but all they did was changing my password

This game is free of any kind of program security (that's why it is so easy to hack)

Many have claimed that they got their char back from getting their changed password.

Hmmm, any suggestion on how to get my char back ?

i don't think that many people are on at any moment :\
