Activation code request

Yo, when I login into rockstar it asks me to enter the activation code, does that mean Im banned? I've been using mod menus.

Uh, activation code maybe for your GTA? You would know if you're banned because it would deny your request to go into online. This assumption also made me laugh. *Asked for a code, am i banned* lol

That was just the first thing that came to my head, sorry bout that. xD I've been playing for like 3 weeks, even in online mode and today when I tried to launch the game the screen you see when you're about to install the game popped up, requesting the GTA V activation code. Idk what's going on, as I said I played the game many times already.

Maybe you accidently logged into your second account? Happened to me once. Boy that was a scare

Alternatively, Rockstar made a mistake.
Or, maybe, you're asking for a free code.

Check your email thats registered to your social club and you should have the code there
