You don't even need to register for an email to make an account so that's a horrible excuse.

You can use any discardable dump-server like mailinator.com and the verification link will arrive there

(For example, if I now send mail to warrockhacking111@mailinator.com, it will arrive there and the mail account will be active for 15 minutes).

Plus if you get permaban you can just use proxy and mac/guid hardware spoofer.
