Passive is pretty much ignite... I'd say op and he's a bit tankier.

Pretty OP late game if you do it right. Never played as him, only had to experience being against him.

Saw some guy playing against GP on a stream. Did about 1.2k with 1 barrel. The guy was playing TF.
