Vps Server

So I previously bought a vps off of ronny (my bad). Now im looking to buy another vps, but im not sure where or what.
Question 1: What is a good company to buy it from?
Question 2: I only know how to operate windows, is a windows vps worth it?
Question 3: What specs does the vps need to have?

i have mine off of hostedsource.com
i havnt fully tested it yet but i just bought a simple 10$ 1gb ram plan
works good when just im on it XD i had 2 others get on and say no lag so

HostedSource.com isnt a website thats usable yet. Deffrent link?
