Yes it is, but they have to find some way to make you buy their hacks instead of another type. lol i think that can be easily detected though, you know what i mean, but thats crazy that your health was a 0 and you still lived i wonder if it is a glitch or something

Its a glitch but its happened to 3 ppl i know now so maybe nexon made an error when patching?

same thing just happened to me.

I took 1 fall damage on snow valley, and then got OPK'd.
all my stuff froze at 0 and i wouldnt die.

I finally found it out, that guy is using Life Taker hack, it will kill the victim without him respawning (that's why that guy has many kills & exp). So imagine if the game is running for an hour or so.

i know all the hacks my friends will not shut up about augs new hacks witch is fucked! i hear s 0 be it helped a lil :O but ye they get around 4,000 exp and 4,400 gp
