Alienware

I'm thinking about getting an Alienware laptop. Anyone have good/bad feedback for the Alienware laptops?

Alienware is a bit overrated imo, would be better to build your own rig.
Either way, it's a hell of a device, quite sure you won't regret it.

PC > Alienware. Gimme these $$$$ for my new build so I can buy a GTX 980.

You get what you pay for. Honestly though, it would be a better investment to build your own PC, and it would put less of a dent in your wallet. Everyone and their mother knows it. If money ain't a thang, go ahead and get an Alienware lappy, they're better than decent, but how long it will last is questionable.

Building your own PC is wayy more worth it. It's easier to upgrade and you aren't paying extra for the alienware logo.

Would you need a Laptop? Or can you get away with a desktop. If you can get away with a desktop it is much better than a laptop for gaming.

I need a laptop not a PC.

If you just need a laptop then go for it, it's excellent!

Alienware is absolute trash if you want a laptop get MSI or gigabyte or even razer if you have the money

I mean Alienwares are cool if you have the money but for more bang for your buck I recommend you building a PC or atleast get a better laptop with specs worth your money

If you've money: buy an Alienware laptop.

If you don't have that much money: built your own customized computer.

Alienware is the ferarri of cars, you basically buying alienware for the status. Buy a cheaper laptop with better specs.

So you just gave us a laptop, but no budget? How are we supposed to help?
