Is there a mod menu/easy method of implementing modded paint colors for your car?
Is there a mod menu/easy method of implementing modded paint colors for your car? For example I want to do this:

Nightshade
Metallic Brushed Black Steel
Metallic Brushed Black Steel
Rim. Pea Green
RGB: 17,0,47
Hex: #11002F

Is there a mod menu that allows me to put in RGB/Hex for GTA online? Can't seem to find one. Thanks!

You can only choose the ones that are in game.
