. The OMMs on this forum will NEVER hold money. They just moderate the trade, for example, if you were buying an EBook, the OMM would hold the EBook while you sent the money to the seller. You'll be safe if you transfer it to your bank account, but you'd have to immediately unlink it from your account so PayPal can't charge you. If you do try to transfer it to your account and decide not to link it, if you're chargedbacked, you have a big advantage due to your bank.
