EDIT: I have confirmed this. I installed Vindictus 1.16 onto anNo Recoil Rezin Combat Arms Mod Request - A really long time ago i remember there being a no recoil rez file, but now it's no where to be found, so i am guessing
a) its under elite mod section and i'll never get it because ill never reach the post count
