Oh god. Yes you can get vac banned because it is an external, but so could you get vac banned if it was an internal.untrusted for no reason?in Counter-Strike 2 Help - UT's are usually instant or take less than 1 hour to appear.
There's really no reason to get an UT, unless you were using an aimbot and the coder didn't clamp angles, or you were changing server cvars.

I'd use wpm to change the jump state of the player, instead of making the user have to change the +jump to 9.
