1) Open Notepad and paste in that code
2) Save in garrysmod/lua
3) Run gmod with your desired bypass
4) Join server/singleplayer with darkrp as gDarkRP BailNPC exploitin Garry's Mod Hacks & Cheats - I like using the console more, here's an edit. Also, thanks for sharing this.
