Tried level, prestige, and all the multiplayer hacks, they turn green, but it does not actually do anything in-game.

A VAC disabler bypasses VAC, so even if you are banned beforehand, wouldn't bypassing VAC still should allow you to play the game, cause well, you bypassed it?
