lucas_shagg When you create a new skin you have to save as "D.X.T.5 ARGB (Interpolated Alpha)
Format "D.X.T.1 RGB (No Alpha)" is use for camo.

To use a camo you need to open
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\main\iw_07.iwd
with winrar or packscape, and just copy&paste my camo in it.
