Tbh I would trust Hova since he's pretty known and has invested time/money on this site. He wouldn't offer something if he wasn't 100% confident in it.

If anything, just wait for vouches from other users if Hova is unable to provide any.

Sidenote: If he's unable to complete your refund, you can always return it, ik it seems like a hassle, but there isn't much that can be done other than that.
