Simply invest in helium.
Society uses helium everyday and since its a non-renewable resource, we will run out soon. Its made on earth via nuclear decay of uranium so any way of reproducing it would be hazards and extremely costly. If we find a company that provides cheap stock to the public, I can guarantee they will be cheap and you just hold onto them until they are worth wayyyy more than when you first purchased them.

It may take long as hell, but by the time you are middle aged you will be a fucking millionaire.

I suppose so, but it could turn out just like aluminum, it used to be extremely rare just like gold, but we found more and more of it and it lowered the price by a lot. They stored it in the cap of the Washington monument.
