I am really ignorant to the subject of vaping. Can you tell me how vaping is good or what is in it, or can it effect your body?

Vaping hasn't been around long enough for there to be extensive research, so we can't know for sure if it is really bad for you, or neutral.

There are 2 things I can say though,

1. It has been known to help heavy cigarette smokers stop smoking numerous packs a day
2. Any smoke going into your lungs = Not good.

I wouldn't suggest you to start smoking, unless you want to risk your health. Don't believe anyone who says smoking anything is good for you.

Sadly the majority of vapors vape at 50 watts. Then you have the cloud chasers that vape at 75-150 watts.

Bitches vape at 20watts

Vegetable glycerin and propylene glycerol . I only use VG, flavor and nicotine.

Vaping isn't good but it has 4 ingredients as to cigarettes having 6,000 chemicals. Doctors wouldn't recommend it to smokers if it was tremendously better for your health.

It's because you aren't used to it. If start smoking cigs daily and I go back to my vape, it'll make me cough.

An electronic mod can allow better air flow and more flavor with it, i'm not saying it's a thing for competition i've never even heard of that. There are just a lot of benefits from switching to a Ego pen to a Mechanical Mod like the one I use is only 60$ and it works way better and trust me you will really be able to tell the difference.
