It is not going to happen. The CF section is for everything CF related, which means Japanese CF, Viet CF, PH CF, and all other CFs are welcomed here. Second, do you think that making a new CF section will allow people to code more hacks for that CF? If someone would code a hack for Viet Cf, for argument's sake, then he would obviously acknowledge in his post saying which CF is compatible with this hack. Third, it wouldn't make sense if you'd just open another section for the sole purpose of talking and having a general discussion about it. I don't think there is a restriction in this section saying that people can't talk about Chinese CF. People are free to talk about what ever CF version they want here.
