I just came up with this on the spot.
We Have Clan Advertising. Why Not Clan War Requests?
Where a clan can setup a match against another clan.
Post the results and let the members of the CF community discuss.
Let it be fair to all users.

Well we have some activity here but realize look at the glitch room thread request look how well thats going .

And that was a suggestion to make that a sub forum .

But everyone would be posting in there at wrong times and most users are not online for CF and the forums at the same time

So I don't think this is all that good of an idea .

the leader makes a request match and notifies there members.
and set a future date where a certain X members vs X members match/rounds

yeah you have a point there. this isnt like a AWL site for clan matching.
