How the fuck do you use them? The ones where you gotta stick in your ear, I have a pair and I have to admit the sound quality is far superior to anthing. But they keep fucking falling out of my ears, and I'm laying down. Fuck sake, any help?

get smaller buds or its just new earphones. I had 2 sets, one kept falling out of my ear because the knob sticking out which connects to the bud was too large for my ears, but another set had smaller knobs and i used the same buds

Cleaned my ears, wasn't a lot in there but it kinda helped.

I cut my ears open, put them inside then fixed my ears with ultra glue.
