Lelouch will have C.C.'s help
Lelouch has access to his Geass and Light his Death Note
Light and Lelouch only know each other by the identities of Kira and Zero
1 hour prep time and the battlefield is a lowly-populated city (Both being 10 miles across from one another)

Which one do you think would win?

Doesn't Light need the face of someone to kill them? I'm not sure if this is the same for Misa as well or not. It's been a while since i've seen Death note.

Yeah he needs the face unless he has the eyes (Misa can look at somebody and get their names for him) but overall I think Lelouch would win.

Problem is that lelouch has total control and light has simple instant-death by heart attack. Regardless of intelligence they are on a different scale of ability.

actually light can make people do anything humanly possible as long as it ends with there death however he became drunk with power and obsessed with becoming a god, but he needed a name and to know what the person looked like where as lelouch only needs eye contact so theoretically if they came face to face lelouch would without a doubt win, even if they never meet lelouch is better at strategic planning, so i think no matter the case lelouch would come out the victor

also i like cc a lot more than misa

Yeah, also take in consideration that the battlefield is a lowly-populated town. Lelouch can control a crowd of people to protect him or do whatever he wants. But knowing how "theatrical" Lelouch is he'd probably broadcast himself.
