Today I woke up from sleeping slept from 2PM - 4AM and when I woke up I felt the area they did surgery 2 and a half year ago fucking sore as fuck. I just checked it and it's red I put a napkins in the middle of my buttocks and saw liquid but couldn't tell if it was poop or not but it seemed like liquid. Someone halp. Every year for the past fucking 2 years I had surgery seriously.

It's very possible that the doctor didn't do his job correctly, and left some of the cyst behind.

Could have been dormant for awhile, and is now sprouting up again. If I were you, I'd schedule an appointment as soon as possible to avoid more discomfort than needed. As obviously you're not going to get any help from the morons in this thread.
