understanding REZ MOD EDITS

so i was wondering this rez editing... if u change ur RF16 like no reload fast shot and shiiz... does it only show up in your screeen like a visual bug . or does it affect the whole game & can other people see you doing this no reload and quick fire...? in short can u get banned for using this edited mods..~ and can people tell that ur REZ has beeen edited.

It will only show on your screen but everyone can see the no reload and Rapid fire which btw kicks ass. Put it on the anaconda while u can and go pwn those dumb deagle nubs
