TuTs we need!!

I have recognized that some of the tuts r really lame so i decided to make a post were any one could write the tut he wants and a real CF pro will write out the methods ok.
Even for me ,I need some TUTs like
1. How to be a good sniper:
a. sensitivity?
b. zoom sensitivity?

2. How to be a pro player:
a. What weap. to use in [S&D-GM-FFA-TD-etc. and so on]
b. What to make to be extremely invisible in the map [like not making sound and etc.]
c. What sensitivit would be sutable for the [rifles-smg-etc.]

that's it
ohhh and
P.S: The upper questions r not examples.
