EDIT: The prestige address seems to change, so you can do it the way I previously did it:
1. Set your XP to like 99999999.
2. Check the "active" box on CE so that it stays that number.
3. Keep prestiging until you reach 10th.
4. You win!

In this case, they're used to replace a specific memory region with them(i.e. to change a bigger amount of bytes). Replacing them would result in unlocking all challenges.

i assume your asking for a download to the unlock all challenges? this is not what that is, this is just the byte code for those challenges that you can change yourself to well, unlock all challenges

Yes, you have to plug the addresses into Cheat Engine, and do it yourself.
