EDIT: The prestige address seems to change, so you can do it the way I previously did it:
1. Set your XP to like 99999999.
2. Check the "active" box on CE so that it stays that number.
3. Keep prestiging until you reach 10th.
4. You win!

the challenges address does not seem right either. its just 0 it does not change

In this case, they're used to replace a specific memory region with them(i.e. to change a bigger amount of bytes). Replacing them would result in unlocking all challenges.
