Server.exe Is not working

Okay guys so i tried changing the ports didnt work i tried doing everything over didnt work.. Please Help its really annoying...

If you change the port you also have to change it for the client, also do you have set up mysql correctly and added your password inside the text files? What doesn't work exactly? Any screenshots?
