Infraction Dispute

Unlike most of my disputes this one I'm actually kinda pissed about and being 100% serious about as well.
Flengo's Camel gave me an infraction

Now he told me what I did wrong and I completely agree knowing his side now.
Originally I was stating my opinion as @Royce is my friend and I don't want his position to be compromised so I thought that maybe just one more persons input may be valuable in this case.

So knowing that, I'm also pondering why he couldn't have just warned me verbally in a vm or pm and deleted my comment.
As that would be appropriate I think as well.

Hunter was warned as well since he had nothing to do with the dispute.
You might ask why were you infracted and he was only warned.
Simply, your post was completely useless and pointless. Hunter simply advised Royce but you were commenting to Hunter's post which is considered as opinion/spam.

In your PM you've said "Just wondering, I just stated my opinion like everyone else here did as well", two mistakes there.
First one is, stating your opinion.
The rule have said that stating your opinion is not allowed here.
Second one is getting other members in the case.
Read before opening a dispute
If you bothered reading the first two point you'd have known that:

- Not knowing / being ignorant of a rule. It's your job to read the rules, and it's our job to enforce them.

- Getting banned for something that someone else did. Just because they did it, and didn't get caught, doesn't mean you won't. It's also not a valid defense, a dispute is about you, don't bring another party into this, use the report button instead and serve out your ban.
