Money Drop Menu for PC?

So, what I'm looking for is a version of the videos below, but for the Steam version of GTA Online for PC. Anyone know where I can get ahold of one?

New gens has 3D effect mini map and the graphics are way different.

I mean, I have the .xex shit for the JTAG consoles but not entirely sure how to convert it or port it over to PC.

as of yet, publicly, the best method is to tell them about the car exploit (Ce + change to 999999)
