You mean check the blacklisted scammers thread and the known scammer Skype addresses and use a Middleman when possible and get someone to do an IP Check?

pretty much doxing but less subtle and does not reveal their IRL identity but more as of their vitural identity (such as my profiles on other websites, etc>)
