Well, right now, I'm connected to steam. I'm just trying to find out why my multiplayer server list is blank on gmod. I reinstalled gmod like 10 times and whenever I go to multiplayer, the server list is blank white screen.

Did you try the ipconfig thing ? If yes then contact steam support and ask them for oral sex.

Still getting this problem. Something is blocking steam or not allowing it to connect or something, because my cousin is next to me and using same wifi and he can connect fine.

Anyone know anything that would be downloaded/installed on a computer that would block me from playing multiplayer on any steam games? I'm at my cousins and he is playing multiplayer fine. So it's not the internet, so it must be something with the computer. And firewall is off too.
