i got overwatched for trolling

so exactly 5 weeks ago i got overwatched for trolling and today (10 mins ago) overwatch was lifted and after the i recieved a VAC ban?
i never hacked or have hacks on my computer..

Cause overwatch bans = vac bans

Wait, wtf, for griefing? no not all overwatch bans result in a vac, so dude, you must of cheated, it must of detected something, vac bans aren't manual.

nah bro its weird cos my vac status is in good standing and no vac record on my profile its only when i go in the game it says im vac banned
it also said i was overwatched for minorly disruptive but the 5 weeks are over now :/

If you think that all overwatch bans turn in to VAC bans, you're autistic. The only way that could be possible is if you get overwatched while using a detected cheat.

All i did was turn off my computer and waited til in the morning, and it was gone.

It's not a VAC ban some times the overwatch ban is glitched and saying you still have time left and for some reason when you have any ban it reads as a VAC but it's not so your fine just turn off your PC like pPsadasd said.

the only time it comes up as overwatch than turns into a VAC ban is when your account goes untrusted even then thats technically not an overwatch ban its just a faster way to get hackers out of MM than VAC
