So I made a second R* account to drop money to a friend, but how do i start GTA with the new account?

Gotta buy GTA on it. Steam version will give you a key for your game, sometimes you have to activate it or it does it for you. Making a new Rockstar account won't do nothing.

you need new social club acc on which one is activated also gta key

and making a new steam account and activate family sharing with it? Probably won't work, but i'll give it a try.

If you do that, it's gonna ask for a activation code.
