Your GPU is just pure shit.
You need 4 more GB of RAM.
    You need better PSU.
For GPU I would recommend MSI R9 380 GAMING (around 200€)
Get same ram that you already have(4GB) (20-25€)
For PSU I recommend Corsair CX750 Builder Series ATX 80 (60~€)
If you want to spend all 400€ than go for R9 390 instead of 380.

Yeah, ultrawtf is right. Get that GPU as far from that PC as possible.
The CPU is great and keep it. Get the RAM and i'd go for AMD cards. Like the 390 as ultra said..
Oh and get a bigger HDD if you can XD
    Hi, I'm Mikish.

If you are building a low or mid end PCs better go with AMD, they are not bad and they are cheaper. If you are building a high end PC I would recommend intel and NVidia as you may experience some problems with AMD, at least I had to with my Sapphire Radeon r9 290 GPU...

Get either a 280X/390 and get a SSD. Your RAM is not sufficient. Get a new PSU and you're done.

    I don't agree totally with u...
    for the same price i think it's better a r9 280x (3gb ddr5 and more gpu clock)
and corsair cx series is shit...
cooler master thunder b4 (same price, maybe 5-10 euros less than the corsair) but more efficiency... he's config doesn't requires a 750W psu
and, if u have enough money, u could buy a decent ssd
obviously u have to upgrade the ram (add 4 more gbs of the same type, brand and clock)
the processor is really good, maybe it hit up a bit more than a 4590 ore newer but it's really good so u don't need to change it (and if u want to change it u have to do change also the motherboard... and so 400 euros are gone)
