New update detects changes in Assembly

I'm pretty sure that the new update is detecting changes in assembly when joining a server. Every server I attempt to join with a modified assembly gives me this error:

Anyone else with similar problem?

What do you mean by update the hack? Is there something I need to do in assembly to prevent this? I only messed with assembly after the update.

Men, when the game change of version, the hack don't work

Well, may be some one, who understand this more than me, can make a guide, or howto upgrade exsisted hack in to new version. What exactly changing in each new versions? And how to update it?

Well if you look at past guides you can tell that they change instructions around in updates sometimes or replace an existing instruction with a new one. Example: Gun Stats or the {} tree. Although instructions for editing health, stamina, etc. values seemed to have stayed the same. My only trouble is how to make it compatible with servers.. I've asked around a bit but no luck.
