Ban for using Injector

As it stands, it's safe. My only concern with the rise of the newer form of cheats is that most of the people who are using them don't understand anything about how they work. If rockstar decides to target cheats again it would be childs play to detect all of the current working cheats as they all use the same functions. It would take no time to generate a signiture that detects the existance of these in the games memory.

Basically, you'll be safe for a little while, depending on when rockstar decides its time to cull the herd again.

Yes, absolutely. Any kind of hack/exploit/glitch can eventually get you banned, that's kinda obvious.
