mod menu help

iam in the making of my mod menu and Im new to this and really don't now much got the player options working but they only work if im in the playeroptions on the menu how do I fix thisi

im making a mod menu and I don't now whats going on ive got it setup up for player options but they only work if the menu is open and on playeroptions

im new at this this is first menu so the fact that I even got that far is good I just need help on the question I asked about not a buch of comments saying to take the post down and everything im new to doing all this
