Help coding a PC Mod menu

I have experience with C# and Java so coding in C++ should be easy (I've been playing around with it, it isn't too complex) but i have no idea where to start or what to do? can someone show me a good tutorial? if you're willing to help me out personally message me for my skype. thanks!
