Need some help.

Okay, so about 3 days ago, my dad started trying to block me from accessing games like steam or league. After a while, I found out he was blocking the ports that they used. I was wondering if it is possible to change the port that it uses. (I don't have access to the firewall he set up or router, meaning I can't simply unblock them). If anyone knows how to change the port or have a different solution, please tell me.

You can change the port settings in steam, Or use a proxy like Psiphon3

On my computer, I do have administrative access. But I don't have my password for router or firewall.

Would that also effect steam games? If I run in offline mode, and run CS:GO, I can't join any games because of of steam not being able to connect. And what do you mean by proxy? My dad is blocking all anything that comes from the current port that steam and league uses.

If you have access to the internet you should be able to download a proxy. Also the proxy will run on different ports.

Do you have access to an administrative account?

That didn't work. Still getting the same error. From steam, it says "Could not connect to the steam network" For league, it said "Connection failure: Unable to connect to pvp.net server."

Well, thanks for trying.

Also, my dad did say there was a way, but it would be really hard to do.

Obviously your dad doesn't want you to be on the computer, so go outside and do drugs and shit.
