Help please

PayPal hacked, all info changed
email hacked > turned on 2 step verification (yes my dumb ass didn't have it on before)
So getting my PayPal back rests on getting the gmail back
Filled out account recovery form > "sorry we couldn't be sure you're the account owner"
Any ideas or am I completely fucked

PS if you work at Google help a brother out lel

Then Download a AV , Turn off your internet
Check 100% your PC If you need help I may help you c; with a standard process I know to check if you are infected(This is for security reasons you can skip this)

You better change your email on other site that you have your email linked
You should contact Google because you know your Last password + Last or actual name of the account

If nothing work then you are fucked

How do I contact Google? I can't find anything other than the fucking account recovery form

Good luck recovering your account, And if you will login to your gmail + paypal make sure you do it from your phone or any other device until you are 100% sure your device is clean to prevent this in the future

So wait, did it get changed BEFORE you removed the virus or AFTER you removed the virus?

If he had access to your email, your PayPal account is gone. All the person had to do was transfer funds and close account.

Suggest you just factory reset any hard drives you use and re-install windows fresh. Likely that you've been RAT'd and he can see anything you do on your computer, and any keystrokes that you make. Pointless to do a virus scan at this point, it's probably a FUD RAT. After you reset your computer then you should start to recover your stuff, until then he will just take it back.

As for getting your PayPal back, email compliance@paypal.com they are the equivalent of an account specialist at Amazon. They should be able to get your account restored. You'll probably have to send them I.D., and other proof that you are the account owner. However don't do this until you completely reset any hard drivers you have and re-install a fresh copy of whatever operating system you have, because if they are able to get ahold of your I.D. and proof of residency etc, you are fucked.

Is he trying to get you to learn your lesson?
