something weird with competitive cooldown

As a new csgo account first you must get rnk 3 to play Comptitive then you're only allowed to get 2 wins per day then you get cooldown for 21 hours
today,the cooldown ended i got 6 wins played 2 games and won them i was waiting for cooldown but bbbboooom i didn't get cooldown

and then played and got the 9th win and still no cooldown.i don't know what is that maybe it happends to any of you.

Might have gotten the "reset" just when you won, have happened to me.

nah i got 4 wins without cooldown

Then steam might have been down when you got the wins, idk though.
may just be a bug

The reset isn't time based, it begins right after your second win.
If you win 1 game, then win 1 more a week later, you will still have to wait the full day after the 2nd.

For as to what happened that allowed you and others to circumvent it, no one knows.

Rarely happens, I've had this before but still clueless what the cause of it is.

But actually it's not that good think because they don't reset your rank so if u got 6 wins u should be about mg2 or mge when u get 10 u get le or dmg rank.
actually i got mge

Happened to me too but i was able to do only 1 more win then i got cooldown (3wins total in 1 day)

Lucky, hate waitin for that 20 hr cooldown ;(

HAHAHAH but it got me with low rank guys it's not that good.
