Noticed Something Weird with Cheat Engine
When you enable the speedhack on CE, GTA V loading screens seem to load with absolutely no problem at that speed. I'm not sure why this would be a thing, does R* intentionally make the game load forever?

It's not hard to understand, if you enable cheat engines speed hack while on a loading screen on gta, the loading screen will load a lot faster with no issues.
I don't get what you mean with "load a lot faster". The loading process doesn't have anything to do with speed hacking. It's like speed hacking Windows' boot screen: you won't boot faster, it'll just display a faster animation.
It does load faster actually, try it.
This is the whole point, it IS FASTER. If it could load as fast as it does with a speed hack compared to normal, why would Rockstar slow down the loading.
If you do not believe me, test it. Launch GTA V and load CE, enable speedhack to +30 and watch how fast you get into a single player game or multiplayer invite only.

I understand this guy, and i agree him. Loading screens are only for optics, the game doesn't actually load any data. Just like credits that you can't usually skip.
Yes, just enable speedhack to ~100 and you load in a few secs the game. It really works.
