MPGH IRC

Guise, I found the coolioist thing yesterday. It's like an online chatroom which isn't restricted to groups and numbers of members. Why do we divide our communities IM communication into like two MSN groups and one IRC?

Better yet, why do we not have a flash IRC client. No offense, but no one on this forum can figure it out except for a few people, which is pretty pathetic fyi.
