Outdated[27.7.6] Nilly's Client updated

Hey all.

This is nilly's client from build 22.4.0, updated and modified to work with the current 27.7.6 build.

The urls were updated to realmofthemadgodhrd.appspot.com, packet IDs were updated, the XML was painstakenly updated, and the spritesheets were updated, so that the new items, enemies, and objects (almost) all work. 99% of gameplay is functional. I also changed the screen to a recreation of the very old title screen, because I dislike kabam's version.

I modified the About tab to include a set of extra options, with fully customizable hotkeys, they include:

• Camera to Quest (aim your camera in the direction of your current quest)
• Teleport to Closest Person of your Quest (/tq in K Relay)
• Rotate Camera 45 Degrees (rotates your camera 45 degrees so you can have it aligned perfectly)
• Chat Messages ("/pause", "He lives and reigns", "black", and "ready")
• Render Toggle (lets you disable drawing many visual effects, with different levels)
• Use /rl # to change the "render level", /rl 1 hides all objects, /rl 2 hides objects and tiles, /rl 3 hides objects, tiles, and projectiles, /rl 4 completely disables rendering the game world, see screenshot

Other modifications:

• /vol # lets you change the game's volume, like the current build's volume sliders. For the volume levels, 0 is 0%, 1 is 100%, 0.5 is 50% volume. So you would type in /vol 0.25 for 25%.
• Package popup is not shown but packages remain functional.
• Ability use tile location was changed so that you can use your ability when mousing over the black/null area, such as in Abysses, and your ability can be on anywhere, not restricted to the center of the tile; this code is from Knorrex.
• A few of the default settings were changed (music off by default, potion purchases off by default, etc).
• Your account's email address, steam/kongregate/kabam account name string is now displayed as "hidden" so you can stream and record without having to cover it up.
• I replaced and modified some of the images to reduce the client's file size by roughly 3 MB.

Warnings/Notes:

• In Lair of Draconis, there is a missing object in the red boss that will cause things to rubberband when the boss starts walking around. Just be weary of this, I haven't died from it after hundreds of lods but I'm not responsible if you are.
• Autoloot will loot past your last slot in your inventory, and dropping an item into your vault will move it to a hidden 9th slot. You can lose items this way. I recommend you keep autoloot off and use K Relay's autoloot.
  WARNING: You may lose items with autoloot on!
• Tinkerer doesn't work so you'll have to get on a normal client to do that.
• Alchemist doesn't work, but it doesn't work normally anyways.
• Skins don't show up on characters and neither do Set Skins (they'll make players with it look tiny), but they don't impact gameplay.
• There is no Curse buff, nor the HP/Stat Boosted buffs, but they function properly. I'll add these in the future.

I get full black screen and message cannot load language, can someone help? ps- i've tried someone's method to run a bat archive and fix it, but no sucess.

any tips on how to get the blue triangle that represents your current direction on the mini-map?

Very nice release and must have been a load of work, especially fullscreen v3 is something many people liked about nillys client!
