HelpRotMG Fabiano Source [Socket-Server IO Error: Error #2031]

Hey my friend has a RotMG Private Server and when I try to connect to the nexus it gives a message saying "Socket-Server IO Error: Error #2031" If anyone can help us it would be great we would really appreciate it. Thanks!

are you using the correct client? thats connected to the IPv4 ip?

So you can follow a tutorial on how to make hacked clients but can't follow a tutorial to set up a server?
